The system currently does not offer a specific feature for managing auditors.
- To provide an auditor with access, you will need to add a license (if you do not have any available) and then create a new user with the desired profile access.
- You can either use an existing profile or create a new, specific profile for the auditor.
- Additionally, you can set the login to be valid until a specified date. The login credentials can later be removed to free up the license. Both the user and the profile will remain in the system and can be reactivated at a later time. The license cost applies for the duration that the user is active in the system.
