      Work Publicly in Case Management

      AM System offers two practical features in Case Management for situations where the recipient is not a user in your system

      Note: The features Public Registration and Share Case Publicly are included in certain pricing plans but can also be purchased separately for 350 SEK/month, billed on the next invoice.

      Public Registration

      With the Public Registration feature in AM System’s Case module, you can easily open communication with external parties without them needing to be users in your system. This is an ideal solution for collecting valuable feedback, handling external cases, or creating a seamless channel for anonymous reports, such as whistleblowing.

      The feature allows anyone to register a case via a public link - a flexible and user-friendly solution that facilitates both internal and external collaboration. You maintain full control over the information while creating accessibility for customers, suppliers, and other external stakeholders.

      Share Case Publicly

      With the Share Case Publicly feature, you can efficiently reach out to individuals outside your organization, allowing them to read the content without being logged into the system.

      It’s the perfect tool when you need to include external parties, such as customers or suppliers, in a process - without compromising security. The recipient can read the case directly and stay updated, fostering clearer communication and quicker feedback.
