Why does our form look different during public registration?

If your form is missing field titles, it is most likely because the form lacks titles in the default language it has been configured for.

If you have designed your form with field titles only in Swedish but set the form’s default language to something other than Swedish, the form will appear without titles during public registration. This is because the form’s default language determines which language users see during public registration.

When a user interacts with a case in AM System, the system automatically detects the user’s preferred language through their linked profile, ensuring the form is displayed in the correct language. However, when a case is created via the public registration function, the user is not logged in, meaning the system can no longer determine which language to display. Therefore, it is possible to specify a default language to define how the form will appear to users.
