File Upload
The File Upload field type allows users to attach one or more files to their case. This can include a variety of file types, such as images and text documents.
Image Upload
The Image Upload field type is utilized when you want the user submitting a case to attach one or more images. The images uploaded through this feature will be displayed as thumbnails within the registered case.
Metadata
Each unique case that is registered is associated with metadata. This data is always searchable, even if you have not chosen to display it visibly in the form you created.
Status
The Status field type is used to display the current status of the case visibly within the case itself. You can configure the status a case should have at various stages of its lifecycle under the Settings tab in the form.
Issuer
The Issuer field type is used to display the name of the individual who created the case, ensuring this information is visible within the case itself.
Case number
The Case number field type is used to display the unique case number visibly within the case itself.
Reg. date
The Reg. date field type is used to display the date when the case was registered, making it visible within the case itself. This date will always reflect the current date when a user creates a new case.
Changed and Changed by
The Changed field type is used to display the date when the case was last modified. The Changed by field type indicates who made the most recent changes to the case.
Please note that all the field types mentioned above (including Metadata) are always searchable, even if you have not included any of the fields in your form.
