A user can only belong to one profile. Here, we show where you can see which users are included in a profile and how to add or move users to a profile.
💬 Don’t miss this. To assign a user to a profile, login credentials must be created in the person’s profile. Likewise, to create login credentials, the user must first be assigned to a profile.
- In the profile overview, you can see how many users are included in the profile. By clicking on the Users tab, you can also view which users are assigned to the profile.
- To add or move users to the profile, click the Add more users button to access the list of available users in the system. Since a user can only belong to one profile, the system will display a confirmation dialog to notify you if the user is already assigned to another profile.
