No, deleted cases are not archived; they are permanently erased. If you accidentally delete a case, there may be instances where we can assist you in restoring it with the help of our operations team. Please note that this restoration process is manual and involves data recovery, which incurs a fee of 1900 SEK.
A requirement for us to be able to restore the case is that not too much time has passed since it was deleted, and that either an administrator or contract owner contacts our support team with the following information:
- What is the case in question? (Case number)
- Which form is associated with this case?
- Who deleted the case and when?
