In the profile, you configure the permissions that a user should have when managing the Employees module.
Personnel
The Personnel tab becomes visible when the profile is granted access to Personnel under General Settings. In the Employees module, you manage users who have access to the system. Within the profile settings, you define whether and how the profile should have access to this module.

1. Personnel

- Complete rights (excluding login settings) allows users in the profile to:
- Add a new person
- Edit details of an existing person
- Delete a person (including their login settings)
- Manage Settings under the Employees menu
- Create and edit additional print lists in PDF and Excel formats
- Only examination is the default system setting when Personnel is enabled in the profile under General Settings tab and allows users to:
- View all users in the site
- Search in the Employees module
- Export a list of users to PDF
Print search results based on other saved print templates (if available)
- Complete rights (excluding login settings) allows users in the profile to:
Note: The Full Permissions (excluding login settings) does not grant the ability to create, view, or modify login credentials. Only a site administrator can perform these actions.
2. Notes

- Complete rights grants the profile access to create, edit, and delete notes made by other users

- Create/change/delete posts which the user has created In addition to being able to read all notes on a person’s profile, the profile can create, edit, and delete its own notes.
- Only examination View-only access allows the profile to read all notes on a person’s profile.

- Is not shown is the system’s default setting when Personnel is enabled, meaning the profile cannot see whether notes exist on a person’s profile.
