1. Users
Sorting and Display Order for Names
This setting allows you to configure how user names are displayed, whether first name or last name appears first. This applies to user lists, metadata displayed in headers, dialogs where users are selected, and personnel fields in Cases.
You can also specify how many entries should be displayed on the personnel search results page (the default is 50) and determine which information should be shown in the search results.
Field Titles (including management of departments and positions)
Here, you can rename the fields displayed in the list. More importantly, you can manage your Departments and Positions (extra fields) and customize the field titles. Click the gray arrow to the right of each field to access these settings.
In the following dialog, you can delete, modify or add new departments, as well as change the sorting order. ⚠️ Note: If a department is assigned to users, you must remove the user associations before deleting the department.
Extra Fields
Here, you can create and delete custom Extra Fields, which can be used to add additional information linked to each user. For example, you could add fields such as Emergency Contact and Emergency Contact Phone.
⚠️ Note: If an extra field is deleted, all associated information will also be removed and cannot be restored.
2. Notes
Field Titles
Here, you can modify the titles of the fields found under Notes in each user profile. Additionally, you can create categories to which notes can be assigned. Click the gray arrow to the right of each field to access these settings.
3. Other Titles and Texts
Field Titles
Here, you can modify the titles of other field labels.
