Group handling - Case Management

You have the option to create a group of recipients in a form if you want a case to be distributed to one or multiple recipients simultaneously.

groupHandlingGroup management also provides you as an administrator with easier handling when someone leaves or changes roles within the company.

The function for creating groups can be found in your form under the Settings tab in the right column. Click the plus sign to create your group by naming it, e.g., Quality.

Once the group is created, you add users to the group by clicking the plus sign under Users in the Group Management function.

To use the group, mark the Persons field where the group should be selectable as a recipient and add the group there.

Note

  • To be selectable for the group, the user must have access to the form.
  • It is not possible to add groups to person lists if the option All users with form access is selected to populate the person list.
