How to Forward Notifications to Your Email

This article explains how you can set up your AM System to send all notifications to your email address as well.

Sometimes, it may be desirable to receive notifications from AM System via email. Each individual user has the ability to enable this setting.

Note. An administrator cannot modify this setting—only the user themselves can manage this function.

How to Enable the Function

  1. Go to My Settings
  2. Select the Settings menu
  3. Enable the option Send a copy of your notifications to "…"

Note: If you cannot find the setting to send a copy of all system notifications to under your settings, it is likely because your user profile in the system does not have an email address specified in the Email field. User information, such as email address and similar details, is managed under the Employees menu and can only be administered by users with the “Full permissions” profile setting for Personnel.
