Currently, you can create a PDF list of all documents. To do this, simply perform a search in the document module without any search criteria to display all documents. Finally, you can print the search results by clicking on the print icon.
Unfortunately, the system currently does not support exporting search results from the document module to Excel. We have received requests for this feature in the past, and we are actively working towards implementing it in the future.
Please note: The search should be conducted by a user with the profile setting Category (overrides access protection - provides access to all documents) (mentioned in point 6). This ensures that the user has visibility to all documents. If another user performs the search, only the documents they have access to will be displayed.
