As an administrator, you have the ability to delete all cases from a form displayed in a search result. However, think carefully before performing this action.
Under the trash bin icon in your search results, you will find a feature that allows you to delete all items in the search results. This feature can be particularly useful if you accidentally included previously created items when duplicating a form.
💬 Before proceeding with the action, a security prompt will appear. If you are a local user, you will need to enter your password. If your account is linked to Microsoft Entra ID, please follow the instructions provided in the dialog box.
❗Please be aware that once an item is deleted, it cannot be recovered. Therefore, use this feature with caution. Incorrect use may affect both traceability and statistical data.
