In order for the management system to serve as a valuable resource for all employees in their daily tasks, it is essential that you can easily access and understand what is expected of you. A key feature in this context is My Documents. Here, you can not only find the tasks you currently have in Documents, but also gain an overview of the latest updates, quickly access your favorite documents, and view your drafts in progress.
💡 Tip: You can find My Documents in the left menu bar, but to make it easier and more intuitive for all employees to find and use My Documents, we recommend linking to it in your custom navigation via a Layout Document under the appropriate object.
