Free Text Search in Case Management
With free text search and filtering, you can quickly and easily find the correct case among all registered records.

The search function in Case Management provides two main options: Free Text Search and Query Builder.
In this article, we’ll review how to use Free Text Search—an efficient tool for searching across all your cases when needed. To access Free Text Search, users must have the correct permission enabled in their profile. Free Text Search becomes active when you enter at least three characters. The system will then scan all forms and cases you have access to, displaying the 20 most relevant results.
To refine your results, click the filter icon and select one or more forms to narrow your search. Enter your search term, and only results from the selected forms will be shown. A gray “Form box” will appear beside the funnel icon, clearly indicating that a filter is active.

- Keep in mind that the selection you have made will remain active until you remove the filter.
