Quick search in Case, use the filter function.

If your search results are unclear using the quick search in Case Management, you can perform a more precise search if you know which form your case is registered in.

search filterTo use the quick search in Case Management, the user must first have access to Free Text Search in their profile.You search by entering at least three characters (avoid special characters), and the system will display the 20 most relevant results.

To make your search more specific, use the filter by clicking the funnel icon and selecting the form(s) you want to search within. Enter your search term, and the results will only include matches from the selected form(s). A gray “Form box" will appear next to the funnel icon, indicating that a filter is applied.

Note

  • Keep in mind that the selection you have made will remain active until you remove the filter.
  • Another filtering option can be found under My Cases » Settings » List Presentation.
