This article explains how to display information that can summarize a case in the lists located under “My Cases.”
Sometimes, it can be practical to get more information about a case directly in the lists under “My Cases.” This makes it easier to view relevant information without needing to open the case itself. To see this information, simply click the arrow to the left of each case.
Choose Which Fields to Display in the Preview
The information displayed in the preview under My Cases is configured per form. In the form, select the Advanced tab in the upper-right corner and then click Preview list View. The fields you select here will allow users to see the corresponding information directly in the list view without needing to open the case (see the image above).
💡 Example: You can choose fields like text fields used for descriptions where more extensive information is recorded. This provides users with a quick overview of the case’s content and purpose, saving time when handling a large number of cases.
The selected fields will appear as headers and can be arranged in the desired order when adding them.
