Can I copy a list so that the list options are included, so I don’t have to recreate the same options multiple times?
At present, duplicating or copying fields in the form editor—such as lists along with their properties—is not supported.
If you need to use the same choices across multiple list fields, an efficient way to minimize repetitive setup is to leverage the "Use options from" feature. This allows several lists to reference a shared set of response options, ensuring more streamlined and consistent management of list fields in your forms.
You can either:
- Link to a list within the same form, or
- Link to a global list that is accessible across multiple forms.
This means you only need to update the options in one place—any connected lists will be updated automatically.
