Under Cases » Settings » Forms, you can easily categorize and organize your forms.

Category
If you choose to group your forms into categories, all users will see the forms they have access to sorted within their respective categories. Forms created without active sorting will automatically be placed in the Not in any category category.
If it feels like a good idea to structure your forms, start by clicking Create new category and giving it a title. In the example above, categories such as "Management", "Supplier Management" and "HSE" have been created. To sort your forms into a category, use Drag-and-Drop by selecting the form and dragging it to the desired category.
If needed, you can Rename, Move Up/Down or Delete a category using the dropdown arrow next to the category name. If a category containing forms is deleted, the forms will be moved back to the Not in any category category.
Sort forms
Using the Sort forms feature, you can organize forms within all categories based on:
Name: Sorts by the names of the forms, starting with capital letters.
- Date: Sorts by the creation date of the forms.
- Changed By: Sorts based on who last edited each form.
- Text: Sorts by text if text is used instead of symbols under Icon Settings.
- Colour: Groups forms based on their assigned color.
You can also set forms to display in ascending or descending order. An arrow indicates the active sorting type.
Filter Form
If you have many forms on your site and find it difficult to locate the right one, you can use the search bar Filter Form. Simply search by entering part of the form name. The search will retrieve results from all created categories but will not consider the names of the categories themselves.
