Navigate to Document » Search » click the Search document button » select Advanced.
To efficiently and effectively locate documents that have not been revised on time, we recommend utilizing the advanced search feature in Query Builder. Select the Revision Date field and set it to Less than. Instead of entering today's date, it is more advantageous to use the Dynamic date option. By selecting Dynamic date, the search query will automatically adjust to the current date when executed. This approach is particularly beneficial if you plan to save the search query, as it will always be based on the date you perform the search, ensuring that the results remain relevant and up-to-date.
Tip: If the search results seem insufficient, you can easily add more fields by clicking on the gear icon in the upper right corner before saving your search query.
