Category Setting – Company Information

Configure which company information should be displayed on your published documents under each category.

In the main category

companyInfo

Here are the available options:

  • Retrieve from User's Workspace
    This option displays company information from the user's Workspace. For users belonging to an Company, the associated company's logo will be shown. For users classified as Stakeholders, both the company's logo and additional company information will be displayed.
  • Specific
    This option presents company information from a designated Workspace. Units will display the corresponding company's logo, while Stakeholders will see both the logo and relevant company information.

In the case of subcategories

In addition to the options above, you can choose to have the category inherit settings from the nearest parent category where company information is defined.
